The American company Walmart doesnt lag behind modern technologies and uses VR in its work. Thanks to virtual reality, departments' directors test new managers to find out which of them have a tendency to managerial positions.
They simulate life situations in VR, for example, a conversation with a complex client or a test of knowledge of the goods. So, director at the initial stages understands which position the candidate will cope best. But despite the high technology, the final decision on employment is still taken by people.
